By all means everyone has a right to question the manager and the players about on the pitch stuff, when they are in terrible form and not working hard enough for their money..

everyone on here knows a lot more about football than accountancy.

I am allowed to give an opinion on the situation.

If I started tweeting Tony calling him ***x and get the ***x out of our club then I could understand your point.

I wont bow to him however just because he holds all the cards.

"Achieving promotion this season is not critical". I like that part. It shows we are building and fixing so as go up when we are ready.

No different to what he said in the close season, so he hasn't wavered there.

Purely my take but reading that think he is privately pretty realistic about chances of promotion. Probably plans to get round the fair play rules by selling our expensive players and off-loading high earners at the end of the season and then in the close season building a squad in a more traditional QPR way - cheap players to get us out of the Championship. That will require a big change in mindset - and perhaps in managerial team - as scouting will no longer be about haggling with agents but unearthing that young gem at Grimsby, Scunthorpe or - more likely - abroad.

it will also require a change in mindset from the fans. the clamour to spend money in the last four transfer windows by many on here..and the hysteria that follows a few bad results. could many on here bear a couple of seasons consolidation in the championship with championship and lower league players..if recent weeks is anything to go by...i think not.
