Email to club re the Bronze Area Scam

Hi,

i would like to point out an urgent error with the online ticketing system.

Whilst trying to purchase additional tickets for friends and family for home games this season in the Bronze areas of the ground I have been told that the areas have been sold out.

Now, for a fact I know that they haven't. They are not season ticket seats and I am presuming you dont have a consistent group of people that purchase seats for every game and do not turn up!

Actually scrap that, I know they aint sold.

Now, I would never ever suggest that QPR were guilty of breaking rules of advertising related to the ASA let alone the Football League or indeed the Football Association.

Thus its a computer glitch.

Can you please advise me when this shall be fixed.

As people would like to purchase seats in the bronze areas.

Well done Scott. It's a sneaky thing the club are doing there, and completely WRONG.

Only thing I could suggest is call the box office direct. The seats are available then

wouldn't surprise me that the box office keep the bronze, ticket master get the others, and can then say, "we have no bronze left", which is technically true, but a lie from the club. If there's any substance in this, then now you know what our beloved leader is capable of. And a more direct email should go the FA or whoever. Even if denied by the club (of course), they'll know they've been rumbled, and won't risk doing it again.

What about last year, so many games were full according to them but I could see so many empty seats.

They are orders given by someone at the club and has Scott had a reply yet?

It is not just on the phone or just ticketmaster. The kiosks at LR will not sell Bronze tickets, even cup tickets to existing Bronze ST's. The bloke has said he is only saying what he is tols to and knows it isn't true.
