Yes let's stick with Noddy, Why?, because he is a media darling and who doesn't enjoy watching him sitting down shaking his head and talking s h I t to the sky reporters, bring it on

There is only one reason I would want to stick with a manager and that is if I think it is our best chance for success.

Sure, he is a media darling, but that isn't how he got this job! He got it because of his managerial record and to be fair to him (although I don't like him), it takes more than a year to build a team and bring in your own players. There has been high turn over but I have a feeling that he has brought in players who he thought were an improvement on what we had without necessarily being the players he really wanted.

My biggest beef with him is the way he has us playing. If that boring, boring football continues, please reserve my place on the "Harry Out" bandwagon.

That's very true. Leicester City got Nigel Pearson back for his second spell in charge (November 2011) after a year of Sven-Goran Eriksson, and Pearson's still not managed to get shot of all the dross Eriksson bought - although most are out on loan. It's only in the past year or so that we've had what I would call a Pearson team, and even then it took six months or more for them to gel.

I'm not a particular fan of Redknapp, but he does have a good track record at most of the clubs he's managed. And as I've said on other posts, he's not done that bad a job for you guys: you've not been out of the top five all season, and in the top four since August.

I like the OP's post as well: I get shouted at on the City forum by saying that I wouldn't mind if we went up with Derby and Forest, because I do enjoy local rivalries. I don't think it's going to happen: in fact, I don't think Florist will make the playoffs.

If everything was exactly the same now, same team, same formation etc but David Moyes was the manager. What would you be asking for? Would you want him gone?

LanguedocFox, we have the strongest squad in the league by far, better than 6 premiership teams even, if we fail to gain promotion then the buck stops with Harry. He shouldn't had depended and pinned all his hopes on Austin. If we have to use the play offs then so be it, but ultimately if we fail then Harry is to blame.

Some of you are deluded if you think playing the likes of Brentford,Orient is a good thing ! I'd rather be playing Chelscum,Spuds & Mank Utd,also would have to build a complete new team? the likes of Green,Simpson,Barton M.Phillips.Austin Hoillet( no loss by the way) will not be at this club next season if we're not promoted. the vultures will be circuling

Strongest squad of big names maybe, but we do not have a team, even fans on here would argue about our strongest 11, successful teams have a tight squad of around 18 players, and baring injuries and bans play the same 11 each week.
We cannot even play the same 11 for 60 minutes.

But really not that well suited for this division. Too many of Our players do lack pace or physical strength.
Regarding maneagers I do more and more support the idea of keeping Harry, if he can continue to improve our squad. I just canīt get that he is this bad...I will get him the benefit of the doubt.
