Appara not guilty and no evidence to suggest he is. He's been hated in F1 for a long while and has been seen as a stumbling block by many, including Renault.

No evidence what so ever points at him, insinuates the engineer but that is all.

Looks like he pished off too many people in F1.

But, possibly unfortunate for us, he is giving signals that he aint going anywhere.

there's jack evidence that he's done a thing (not saying he hasnt). But, he was the ring leader in opposing the FIA and lost, no doubt pishing off Bernie with his actions...the bloke is hated in the paddocks (from a reliable F1 source) and allegedly is getting too big for his boots and has pished off too many. Remember..what did flavio do for so long...flog renault engines...the teams with them and negotiating taking them on next year allegedly didnt want to deal with him.

I think he's been forced out for being a complete winker rather than actually setting up the crash....

Pete, it is a transcript of the Renault team radio transmissions. These transmissions are accessible and reviewed by the race officials and the FIA.

Now taking that into account I am sure even you will realise that they are not going to openly say "Nelson, can you please now crash the car like you agreed with Flabio earlier. Ta."

They were accused of cheating not stupidity.

Shame the transcript is not the only evidence.
