  • forget automatic - Play Off final please!

Let's face it our best chance is via a Wembley day out and I'm already thinking about mine ( maybe if I tempt fate we'll do automatic!).
So from now, I'll be watching for other results in a different way with a much closer eye on the likes of Wigan and Brighton, with a hope that Leicester and Burnley knock over the upstart teams who could push us out of 6th!
oh - and we need to win a game or two - drat, knew there was a problem!

Would love to go up via playoffs but we don't have the minerals for it. At this rate we'll be lucky to finish top 6 anyway.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Probably the best way to go up but as Matty says its takes some cohonas to do it. For me goals are the key in the play offs; if they score one you score two if they score two we score three we cant do that at the current time.

If we were keeping clean sheets like earlier in the season then I would fancy us but we neither score nor keep clean sheets and that's a bad recipe

What also worries me if that for all the experience that everyone keeps going on about on occasions we look quite inexperienced and don't think they would cope with the pressure or expectation

I know you're being realistic with our current form, but surely you can't give up faith yet, we're 9 points behind burnley (with a game in hand) and there is 11 games to go, a day out in wembley should be good though

Getting promoted at Wembley would be incredible! At the moment though I'm not thinking about it. So many people on here ruin their weeks by moaning and crying about us losing/drawing; I'm just gonna chill until we're out of the top 6, then I'll start crying!

Having Austin back would be a key point. Fingers crossed.

I think we'll lose at Wembley this season but come back a much stronger club for next season.

Shouldn't that be 14 games to go and not 11??

If we get to the play off final will the FA or FL book Peter Doherty for the half time entertainment?
