Our biggest failure is that we don't have long-term project. We signed 30+ past it players with PL experience. Harry thinks those are the ones who will take us up ignoring our own young bloods. None of them play for the first team; not a single player from the youth players. There is no mix between experience and young players. Even the young ones were signed this season (Austin, Phillips, Simpson) plus some useless players on loan. We never develop players for future. Look at Burnley and Derby.

Yousef, there's a million other threads saying exactly the same thing as you. Have you read this? http://www.wearetherangersboys.com/f...us-to-help-you
And can you see one to merge yours with?

If we don't go up I reckon he'll make the change then. In TF's mind I don't think it would be a disaster if we don't go up this season. If we do go up I'd say its 50/50 whether he'll retain Harry.
HR is feeling the pressure and doesn't know what else to do.. you could tell that by his celebration at Clints off-side goal.
Im hurting at the mo and when we scored the equaliser Saturday didn't even celebrate fully. No point in sacking HR now but it will be a long second half of the season

Yousef, not a criticism but you do tend to repeat the same old things week in week out. I think you could argue that there is a long term project, TF has continually stated this.I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles
