  • Think outside the box

Our biggest failure is that we don't have long-term project. We signed 30+ past it players with PL experience. Harry thinks those are the ones who will take us up ignoring our own young bloods. None of them play for the first team; not a single player from the youth players. There is no mix between experience and young players. Even the young ones were signed this season (Austin, Phillips, Simpson) plus some useless players on loan. We never develop players for future. Look at Burnley and Derby.

Yousef, there's a million other threads saying exactly the same thing as you. Have you read this? http://www.wearetherangersboys.com/f...us-to-help-you
And can you see one to merge yours with?

I´m not sure that HR and TF has got on that well. Have to say, I´m not sure whose fault that is, though. But, Harry has quite clearly not got the players he really wanted.

Where does this asumption that our young players are good enough come from Hitchcock scored with simple tap in that was impossible to miss from ,
the youngsters we have out on loan arn't tearing it up at their loan clubs are they ?

I am not talking about Hitchcock. Generally speaking, we don't develop young players from the youth team to progress to the first team. We keep spending alot of money on buying and neglect youth players.

Im actually getting fed up of moaning about it myself.. its not going to change.. TF is brainwashed by Harry. No chance of youngsters yet all he bangs on about is the future.

Dont think he's brainwashed. I think its because he can't see any real point in sacking Harry at this stage, as opposed to the end of the season, because in TF's mind I don't think it would be a complete disaster if we don't go up this season. If we don't go up I reckon he'll make the change in the summer. If we do go up I'd say its 50/50 whether he'll retain Harry.

I wasn't impressed by the performance again Saturday. Could of easily been 2-0 down if penalty went in.. Terrible football and terrible changes made by HR.
HR is feeling the pressure and doesn't know what else to do.. you could tell that by his celebration at Clints off-side goal.

Im hurting at the mo and when we scored the equaliser Saturday didn't even celebrate fully. No point in sacking HR now but it will be a long second half of the season

Our players are always thinking outside the box, that's why there's no fookin goals.

Yousef, not a criticism but you do tend to repeat the same old things week in week out. I think you could argue that there is a long term project, TF has continually stated this.
