  • Leeds last chance for Harry?

I for one do not want Redknapp sacked, as I think he will resign at the end of the season anyway. So say if we lose on Sat, do you think Redknapp will be sacked?

Naaa cant see him being sacked but can see even more fans questioning him.. depending on the manor of the performance

As much as I think he's the wrong manager for us, I hope he stays until end of the season and then judge where we are, a change now wouldn't really improve us imo.

If we lose again Saturday with another really poor performance I still think he'll stay as TF already stated that stability is the key.

If we continue to lose though and put in shoddy performances in front of 3,000 odd away fans, do we still give him to the end of the season?

To be honest we've played really poorly all season, maybe 2/3 games where we played well, Austin was our God, without him we would be 15th.

Like I say, I don't think he's the right man for the job and I don't like the squad he's built too be honest, but there is only 2 months left so we might as well stick with him and then sack him in May, I don't think changing manager at this stage will really help, as painful as it is to watch us, we don't deserve to go up.

Got a funny feeling the team will put in a good performance Saturday and we will see our biggest win of the season

I will back him as long as we are a top 6 club.

I think I agree with this.. MASSIVE game Saturday though. Wigan and Leeds are on for that late surge

I think if we lose, then it would be obvious he has lost the dressing room (not surprising after his comments about our strikers)

Are you confusing him with Jose?

Well put it this way, if he wants to stay and keep the QPR job, then all he has to do for Saturday is to drop all the loan players from side and start playing a team with our own players.

Thats the only way this side will regain confidence, which will breed success.

I think it's unlikely you will lose, although the fact that Leeds have added Connor Wickham to their squad is interesting: their goalscoring is even more unbalanced than QPR's - Ross McCormack has scored half of their goals this season, whereas Austin has only about 35% of yours. But Wickham has had very limited match time, and there are concerns (according to Mackem friends of mine) about both his fitness and, crucially, his attitude.

I like Brian McDermott as a manager, and the way he was treated by Reading last season (and, frankly, by Leeds this season) is disgraceful. However, Leeds are in turmoil at the moment - if they don't sort out their finances in the next couple of weeks they are back into administration, and there is a finite chance that their players won't be paid this month.

Personally I think you will win on Saturday, but even if you don't, it would be rank stupidity to fire Redknapp. If you lose and Forest beat Wigan, you will still be fifth. And I think Forest have lost it (though that is probably wishful thinking on my part).
