If you ask a lot of fans who support clubs that have not been managed by Harry, a very high per centage thought his player motivational skills was what he was all about.I got sucked in to.

The longer this season has gone on, the more un impressed I have been with him as a manager.

His teams appear to be built on the quick fix solution...a lot of old matey players from Ex clubs....

Now, I sit in R Block and way before the past three defeats, fans around where I sit, are all happy with being where we are in the league, but all think that a very good defence and Charlie Austin has got us where we are, and in fact, we are not that good a team.

The Reading and Derby games were bad enough - but the result I think that really seems to be annoying the sh.t out of fans, is the poor performance against a team from the bottom of the league. No shots on target..no real praise for the 3200 fans that made the effort and no real acknowledgement from manager or board about the charity walk by the fans.

We have 8 loans...3 have to sit out each week...we just seem to be ****..g money up the wall....

The team we have left...could still make the playoffs...but having seen the teams around us....4th place seems to flatter us.

We have been unlucky in the injuries we have..but that's football.get on with it.

Not looking forward to the Leeds game this sat..as its a blood.y 1215 KO and I have to get up early for me 2 hour journey..

I do get the feeling that Harry is not that bothered whether we get promoted or not...Not sure if replacing him will do any good....No sure what the answer is....I am sure - that end of season...whether in this league or Premiership...we need to get a new manager in, who wants to build a club and not his ego...Just my Opinion...from a HR fan

I'm actually not but I support QPR & as far as I'm concerned we're 4th with a game in hand & it's february. I'm just not losing my mind like many of the numptys on here.

I apologise for being a SUPPORTER. As I've mentioned many times I'm not happy with recent performances by any means but it's time to knuckle down & drag ourselves out of it not add to the problems by calling for YET ANOTHER managers head.

            Just my tuppence worth.

If you really believe that mate, then doesn't it beg the question as to why he allowed exactly the same situation to occur this January as happened with M'villa the previous one.

Also, we needed an extra striker with Charlie at the start of the season. Instead, Harry filled up the squad with such successes as Jenas, Carroll, Henry, Krancjar, Benayoun and O'Neil.

Can we really, honestly lay the blame for all that at Beard's door?

Would have a little respect for Redknapp if he at least admitted to making huge mistakes instead of just blaming everyone else. But why change a habit of a lifetime?

Not having a go, just totally bewildered by what has gone on.

Indeed - really can't see what another manager can do at this stage of the season. Alot of the players that have been brought in our Harry's, so i'm not sure there would be an upturn in form.

I do agree with above- players now need to roll their sleeves up and show that spirit we had , where we where hard to score against. The manager has to take responsibilities...but so do some of these players....

If we can get a result this weekend.....I would much prefer us to rebuild next season in the premiership with the extra sky windfall, than in this league...Even if we came straight back down,,financially it would be good....WBA did it for years.

For the record..been going to QPR for many years...and haven't seen so much in house " fighting - arguing " by fans at the ground..as I have done this season !!

Yes we are 4th and yes its Feb with a game in hand but what about everything else if you take that away?
Not concerned? worried? annoyed? Did you go Charlton Saturday to see the 'performance' put it in by our 4th place Redknapp side?
Have you seen the dribble HR is coming out with? The lack of direction without Austin? The loans we have? The ignoring of us fans?
                  I take it not

Brighton QPR are not a big pull you know that. It's also pretty clear Beard is not a knowledgable football man. I saw that dig today aimed towards him for not getting the deals wrapped up.

That's why I've always said with this lot in charge we need a football man behind the scenes.

Jonesy likes to think he is ITK, remember a while ago when he said Amit would be leaving within the next 24 hours? Never happened

We shall see on this one

Did I say everything was Rosey?

Do you always try and manipulate conversations & people? You sound like a control freak.

Let's leave it like this. You carry on panicking & fretting & I'll continue to support my team.

Can't disagree with that bit. Perhaps we could get Harry to dispense with some of his coaching squad and fund a bloke who knows what he is doing.

Trouble is, he'd probably get rid of Harry too after his performance to date.

Keep up the positivity though. Just wish I could find some from somewhere. I hate feeling like this.

I don't feel that positive mate but what point is it all moping?

Let's roll our sleeves up and make things right. Pretty sure the message has hit home with Harry over certain things. Where's our fighting spirit? Everyone's just given up and gone on a massive sulk!
