Just heard on a TV news programme that Lakshmi Mittal niece got married (not his daughter, his niece!) and he paid for her wedding in Barcellona. The cost.......50 million. Don't know if theses are dollars, euros or sterling. But just goes to show the potential that we have and how lucky Rangers are to have such people on the board. My biggest regret is with all this money we have available, there is no strategy at all. We keep bringing players that passed their best, ignoring our youths and playing football without any intent. If we had all this money during our 15 years in the Premier back in the eighties and mid-nineties, we will be challenging for top honours regularly.

How do you know this can I ask?Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

He backtracked on that later when people questioned it and admitted he had no knowledge of Amit and the Mitals selling up. Some saying for best part of 2 years they want out but he is still here and is vice chairman. Hopefully it remains that way.
People who say they are quitting are guessing, not based on any fact or inside knowledge.
Believe TF referred to discussing thing with AB recently on twitter, so still involved.

Be a sad day when Bhatia leaves, i would be interested to know what he thinks of the current spending and the way we conduct our business. I remember a clip on T4YP when he was cutting costs by altering the menus and matchday flowers.A look after the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves approach, a complete contrast to Fernandes imo.
