So, Brighton, let me get this straight once and for all......anyone who dares, repeat dares, to hold a different opinion and views to the majority on here is deemed to be on a wind up, (or sometimes even accused of being a Fulham fan) is that what you really think? So much for this being a discussion forum where all views should be allowed to be voiced, whether they conform to the mass beliefs or not, without being slated or ridiculed as being on a wind up. It would be boring if everyone had the same views, of course, but please don't insult me or anyone else for that matter, who holds different opinions and call me out as being on a wind up. Thanks!
ps this is NOT a wind up post.

TDubya strikes me as the sort that doesnt actually go to games, thats not a dig btw.

Because if he did then he would have seen the poor displays even when we were winning recently, such as Doncaster at home - another struggling team and for the most part of that game we were awful. Luckily we still had Austin at that point to bail us out.

      More than just a blip.

Norths, whether I, or anyone else goes to games or not, we're still entitled to our opinion. How many times have people who have been to the same game, come on here afterwards and their views on it and various players completely differ...it's like they've been to different games and seen different players playing. Each sees it differently.

Not saying you are not entitled to an opinion mate its just that we only see what the cameraman allows us to see when viewing a tv/stream.

And even that has been dogshyte of late

IF...IF all you Harry out crowd could guarantee promotion i'd go for it, because i want the best for the team that i love. (Adel Taarabt obsessives take note)....But you can't and that would be the only reason for me to make a change

think that ship has well and truly sailed mate. which is why I'm pretty indifferent as to whether he stays or goes. don't go around calling for managers to get sacked but its tony's train set. if he thinks he can get a younger manager in who can prepare meaningfully for next season, then fair enough. if he thinks harry has dug his hole so its up to him to dig himself out of it and doesn't want to pay a load more in compo, that's also fair enough. Truth be told don't really care that much any more.

Not caring when we are still looking dead certs for the play offs and the most exciting time at the football club in years is a but melancholy. What was you like about caring when we were total shite and were losing to the likes of vauxhall motors? cant imagine to be honest.

don't have to justify that Im not on a wind up and do you know what....really cannot be bothered. It all gets a bit too serious at times....football and on here should be fun!

Fair enough. Just giving you an opportunity to justify why you think this is just a "blip" and not a downward spiral but if you can't - fair enough, stay happy! Everything's grrrrrrreeeeaaaattttttttttt!

If you honestly went on Saturday and watched that 90 minutes against a woeful Charlton side and had the opinion of "oh well we are 4th with a game in hand" then fair play to you. I know that the other 3199 that went certainly won't have had that opinion given how abysmal it was.

You also have the opinion... as you are entitled to of "Its much more fun to be in the mix rather than running away with the league as it makes it more exciting" or "It would be boring if we were way ahead etc" I know I would much rather be 15 points clear and winning every week. Bayern Munich fans must hate turning up at games knowing they are going to win every week yet for some reason they still get a huge crowd. Surely as a QPR fan you would want the team to win every week rather than lose games and be in the mix to make it more exciting?

Wasn't that depressed back in the Vauxhall Motors days because we were - in footballing terms - a bit of a joke and no one expected anything. There was a good camaraderie among the fans because you needed a sense of humour to still go to games when you had to watch Marcus Bean failing to make a two yard pass. But when you have an owner talking about a 40,000 stadium, have a household name as a manager and by far the most expensive squad in the division expectations are a bit higher. The frustration is that the last few years we have had our first real opportunity in two decades to get somewhere yet we seem to mess it up at every turn.

I wouldn't say we are nailed on for the play offs btw. Our last six games are relegation form and we are without most of our best players till the end of the season.

We've played far worse than we did Saturday and won this season. We were never as good as some folk on here thought before Christmas and we're not as bad as some think now. We have truly s hit strikers now, mind.

Completely different expectations for different era's.
