Afterall, Austin and Phillips will not be returning to the side anytime soon and they are the ones who scored and set up many of the goals this season.

I am not going to suddenly start dreaming that Hoilett, Krancjar,Doyle etc will start to perform well on a consistent basis.
I can't see into the future I'm afraid sorry about that.

All I know is we're 4th in the league & have a game in hand.

if at the start of the season we were offered this league position at the end of feb, pretty sure the majority of R's would have taken it like a shot. Not a bad position to be in, 4th with a game in hand.

yep and the week before it was "we are third ffs" and before that "we are second ffs" and so on. you don't have to be the sharpest pencil in the case to realise we are on a massive downward trajectory and with our fit leading scorer on two goals we aren't going anywhere this season. some of you are in total denial and are only letting yourselves in for disappointment when the penny finally drops. Still, each to their own.

That may be the case, but it's not that simple though is it?

We've been playing well within the squads capabilities all season. We've spent most of that time concerned, and often bored, but have had the comfort that teams were for the most part scared of our reputation and not adventurous enough to pressure us and we were getting results regularly. Hard to complain too much in those circumstances.

A few injuries and absolutely no stability selection or formation-wise and we're still not playing well, and now results are starting to drift too. Add to that the fact that 2 stable teams are getting result after result, and scoring goals for fun ahead of us, one of them now 15 points clear. Not surprising that a season's worth of frustration now get vented.

don't think losing three on the trot is a "massive downward trajectory". It's a blip, most teams have them.
crystal ball on the blink, so shall have to wait and see what transpires. No one knows for certain.

Can I ask you a) how many points we have acquired since we lost the only player we have who is capable of scoring a goal b) what the points ratio per game is since then and c) whether you think that is promotion form? Thanks.

All fans like you bang on about is being 4th in the F*cking league, with a game in hand, saying we would take it at start of season.
All you do is put the blinkers on to avoid looking into the surface lying factors which quite clearly smack every other fan in the face!!

Wouldn't bother mate. He must be on another wind up.

The tide has most definitely turned against HR this last week, even from some of those that have defended his tactics throughout this rotten season. Needs to go. Offers nothing and has achieved nothing at all.

Not only does Harry appear to have lost his managerial adge but surely Tony must be getting tired of him talking about Spurs every 5 minutes. I've never seen a manager talk about his old team so much.

To anyone in favour of Redknapp, Do you think that with Redknapp in charge we could secure promotion with him in charge via the play offs? Considering how we have done upto now against the top six. My opinion is we will do well to get in them with Redknapp in charge as cannot see this one paced lot going on a winning run

He is totally tactically inept... He was lucky at Spurs that the team picked itself and they all stayed fit.

He is a man manager, not a coach.. does not understand the modern game. He got away with it at the start because of McLaren...
