Harry won't be sacked, and if he is it will be end of season. Harry has already said he probably will jack it all in at the end of season.
This tells me his heart is not in it any more. So that does not give me a feel good factor for the rest of the season.

Could it be that he will retire already due to his injured knee? I just Wonder.

Sorry, but the worst possible qualification for someone to be a manager is that he has "[insert name of team] in his blood". Two examples out of dozens I could pick:

                1. Leicester City tried it once, replacing Jimmy Bloomfield (with whom we finished 10th in the old First Division) with Frank McClintock - with whom we got relegated at the end of his only season in charge.

                2. Some years later, we had a really good manager in Brian Little, who was poached by Villa, for whom he had played. He said at the time he had Villa in his blood: he was sacked within a couple of years and is now managing some non-League outfit.

I've said elsewhere on this forum that sacking Redknapp (and I am not a fan of his) at this stage of the season would be sheer madness: replacing him with someone with blue-and-white-hooped blood (who, FFS??) would be insane.

Redknapp should be judged at the end of the season. This is his squad. He has decided to fill it with bang average players in their 30s. Time will tell if he is right.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

Sack him now, I suppose he has lost his own dressingroom. Just my opinion.
