We all cry out for stability yet after a bad run of form we call for the manager's head. I say give him until the end of the season. What good will come from sacking him now? He's our best option if we want to go up, and besides no one will leave their club mid season to manage us, all the names suggested on here are doing well where they are.

I'm not saying that Pearson and Redknapp are comparable, but the situations that QPR are in now and that City were in last April are exactly comparable. Sacking Redknapp at this stage of the season would be utterly stupid: look what's happened at Craven Cottage FFS.

Whether Harry leaves now or at the end of the season isn't really the issue IMO. The real issue is who replaces him and their availability. No point at all in him leaving if the right replacement isn't lined up.

Harry can be blamed for one important thing.....the players he signed. After all, its the players that do the business on the pitch. Ant they are not doing the business at all, either because they passed their best or because they are simply not good enough. I have been critical from the start....you cannot build a team on oldies. Even if by some miracle we win promotion, we have to rebuild. And the Premier will not give you that chance. You needs to rebuild gradually.

Neil's a legend. But, there were numerous rumours that he rarely ever used to turn up for training in the prem, left it to the coaching staff-one of them was keith curle who had an apparent drinking problem. Wouldn't be a good idea imo. Can't manage big name players.
