  • Do you think yesterday's pitch was any sort of factor in our performance?

or the fact that our players are unable to control a football? Take your choice!

I was thinking about this during the game, I bet Harry uses this excuse.

Traore was always having trouble trying to get a sprint going because the ball kept bobbling up in front of him, so that bit's true!

I don't know how Brazil manage to produce so many players when all they have is rolled up rags for a ball and flip-flops on their feet. The pitch....my a r s e!!!

I never saw any ground passes at all that stayed there without bobbling, so first touches and running with the ball was difficult, as to how I saw it. Yes it was the same for Charlton, but they're crap anyway so wouldn't have made much difference to them.

**** pitch, but no excuse for us losing to one of the poorest sides I've seen us face in a long while.

Nope no excuse whatsoever, they're professional footballers. Blaming the pitch is like a Bricky blaming the rain on him putting up a wall crooked.

Plus, charlton were up against the same pitch so certainly no reason for us being pony.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Yeah yesterday's pitch caused us to lose three consecutive games.
