Lost his magic. Time to call it a day.
Any modern manager who has to rely on old has been players has had it IMO.
He's no fool & I've backed him & will continue to but it's all about a quick fix with Harry & his promotion bonus on top of his mega salary. Zero in the sense of actually building anything for the future. If he was sacked or walked today & the loans went where & what has he left us?

I know people will say our contracts are good, why would they go but apart from Cesar we gave excellent contracts to at most ordinary players, the contract doesn't justify that the player is good.
Our 90s team, players went to big clubs like west ham, Wednesday, Newcastle, Blackburn, utd .....this lot on the whole aren't wanted by anyone.Last edited by TBLOCKRANGER; 23-02-2014, 01:46 PM.

months this situation has been on the cards and needs to be dealt with NOW not when the rot has really set in.
TF has been the best thing to happen to our club in recent times financially but has backed two dodos in MH and HR.TF needs to move now and get people in that have a passion for the club
in all positions on the managerial and coaching front from top to bottom not big names but people who care like the supporters.
The only reason Hr has not gone is the vague chance we might scrape through the playoffs into the prem but that chance is getting slimmer by the hour.
Some fans say HR has done a great job in sorting out the mess MH left but in my eyes he has just shipped out one load of rot and replaced it with another load of rot
with the exception of Austin,Phillips,Simpson and Dunne. The others like Kranjcar,Carroll,Oneil,Bae etc are just old mates who are there for the money and the ride.
If the above is not addressed now the long term effect on the club could be catastrophic so please TF act now for a better tomorrow.
