  • Harry quitting at the end of the season?

Still troubled by his right knee and might end his 30 year career as a manager by becoming Director of Football or Administrator according to papers this morning.

Read that earlier some would say he's getting his excuses in early

Typical Harry this - won't quit because he has failed - there will be some excuse

Probably right there.F@@k knows what the other coaches at the club do.We're in total disarray and I can't see a quick cure in any shape or form.Even when we were top we remained unconvincing.I'm probably more confused and frustrated by the team now than at any time in my 62 years of support, and that includes the time under Flabio as we knew that was a joke that wasn't going to last.

Lost his magic. Time to call it a day.

Any modern manager who has to rely on old has been players has had it IMO.

He's no fool & I've backed him & will continue to but it's all about a quick fix with Harry & his promotion bonus on top of his mega salary. Zero in the sense of actually building anything for the future. If he was sacked or walked today & the loans went where & what has he left us?

It would leave us with opportunity to blood our own players plus go all out for results, play Charlton and going into the game with a team that smelt of fear is unexceptble!

How worrying would that be if he were to become DoF and oversee all player arrivals at the club for the foreseeable future....

                  No thanks

TF calls the shots on what happens, and I doubt very much building for the future was part of it this season. Promotion was. You don't trust young inexperienced players with that. You buy proven which hasn't quite worked out atm. So why are people blaming Harry for following orders?

Would at one time never believed I would ever say this, but right now, I couldn't care less whether Harry Redknapp stayed or not.

Starting to feel the same mate. Only thing is that were crying out for some stability, yet another change would mean yet another merry go round of players in the summer and yet another 6 months of "players gelling" excuses.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Totally agree, it's the same with the team we had in the premiership everyone said it was great on paper but was it. When we went down no premiership club wanted any of our players save for Adel and Remy. If we don't go up this year and have to rebuild who wlll want any of these so named "good on paper" players.
I know people will say our contracts are good, why would they go but apart from Cesar we gave excellent contracts to at most ordinary players, the contract doesn't justify that the player is good.
Our 90s team, players went to big clubs like west ham, Wednesday, Newcastle, Blackburn, utd .....this lot on the whole aren't wanted by anyone.

We need to get rid now and give the new man a chance to build for the future,Hr has never had any magic other than playing the media as I and others have said as long ago as three
months this situation has been on the cards and needs to be dealt with NOW not when the rot has really set in.

TF has been the best thing to happen to our club in recent times financially but has backed two dodos in MH and HR.TF needs to move now and get people in that have a passion for the club
in all positions on the managerial and coaching front from top to bottom not big names but people who care like the supporters.

The only reason Hr has not gone is the vague chance we might scrape through the playoffs into the prem but that chance is getting slimmer by the hour.

Some fans say HR has done a great job in sorting out the mess MH left but in my eyes he has just shipped out one load of rot and replaced it with another load of rot
with the exception of Austin,Phillips,Simpson and Dunne. The others like Kranjcar,Carroll,Oneil,Bae etc are just old mates who are there for the money and the ride.

If the above is not addressed now the long term effect on the club could be catastrophic so please TF act now for a better tomorrow.
