Not sure he is the problem. It´s those he got alongside him and their positioning make him look worse than he actually is. still no cohesion and that is probably Harry´s fault. i can´t really see what they are doing in training.

I want him sacked but I am biased. I wanted him gone at the end of last season. Hate people turning up to jobs and blaming poor results on their predecessors.

Ian Anderson, now there was a man, eccentric and sheer loon live on stage, then completely different in person, soft, educated voice. He is looking well TW for his age I must say

Not sure HR is the only one to blame as suggested by OP.
Since we were promoted we've had two managers with generally good track record in management & both have faltered. At least early this season it looked like Arry was turning the corner but it does now appears to have been a false dawn.

My own view is both managers signed poor players, didn't create a sensible system of play and lost opportunities to change.
However the Board must also share some blame since they took over. They oversee and sanction the transfer policy. Also have they put too much pressure on the management?

It's clear a return to the premiership at the earliest opportunity is a must that's why we had the panic buys of Remy and samba but has this pressure resulted in managers going for quick fixes resulting in paralysis in building a team for the future.

The expectation on a relatively small club who were in the football wildness for 15 yrs is now huge. I could understand if the expectation was built on substantial funds but our vision has on the whole been based on the Bosingwas, Granoras, Mbias, Luke youngs of the world plus weird contracts such as Remy being sent to the toon. This expectation has been fuelled by handing out of massive wages and new stadium which is all very exciting for a few of our fans having bragging rights in pubs but at the expense of having a team which we had in our championship season.

Our priority should have been to create a successful football team but other factors seem to have taken precedence, Arrys brief was to get us straight back up....it's a hard brief to fulfill and it looks unlikely to be achieved but don't think it is all of Arrys making.

he looks (and talks!) like a retired solicitor now Lymes, I always think......he should be just an older version of his 70's look imo.
same applies to dave Gilmour as well!!!

If we don't beat Leeds he's out. Think he'd be gone already if Tony had someone lined up.

how much would it cost to sack Redknapp & co? If we miss out on the play-offs he will be history in May

Don't think it's critical at the moment. Results not going our way but reasons are deeper than just HR, clubs set up incorrectly and will take time to resolve whether with or without Arry.
March has loads of games and remember our championship winning season it was a crucial month....it can be again but now coming from a position of weakness.
More twists & turns before final positions are taken but the season hasn't been that much of a disaster as many suggest. Need to regroup and make sure every gave from now on is a cup final.
Most probably carry on being rubbish but what are we without hope.

harry redknap probabley wont be sacked

no matter how many games harry loses i cant see him being sacked because tony fernandes didnt want to sack hughes hes just not a sacking machine unfortunately i can se us staying in this division for the next four years now,I think harry will stay for three years, then we will appoint and finally go up
its just one of those strange things that decision to let adel go out on a seasons loan was a bad decision his 19 goals this season would have meant a 80 million windfall we were favourites because of adel

.......................it was madness to let adel out on a seasons loan
