He is going to court on monday, he will be found guilty.
He will be banned from F1.

The FA might have a big decision to make about him, and us... and there is NOTHING he can do about it.

Well i voted no. He has not been found guilty of anything, Renault are obviously safe guarding their reputation by not contesting the decision.

He still has to be found guilty on Monday before we all jump on a bandwagon.

You as an English person surely believe in innocence until proven guilty?

If he was guilty , as Pete pointed out yesterday, the Football League would probably come down hard anyway but if he went then , is Bernie or the Mittals as commited?

If he he did something illegal in regards to QPR, than thats different.

We don' even know that he may have been advised to step down from renault, to avoid in the long term them saving millions and putting F1 through the microscope

Point being flying high in the championship, more would be defending him.

He has left renault, we'll know more on Monday, but cannot see how this effects QPR and the running of it.

Just to add, I'm not his greatest fan, I think he is arrogant.

The point everyone seems to forget is... it's not up to him, or a vote on a website.

He may well be thrown out.

What he will be convicted of on monday is as serious an offence as you can get in sport. Fixing, and risking the life of other people.
It doesn't matter if people say that "others have cheated too". They probably have, but this is going to court. Heads will role.

Bottom Line: If the FA decide he is not fit and proper to run one of their member clubs, as they are fully powered to do - there is f**k all that Flavio Briatore, or anyone else can do about it.

Ask Dean Richards what he thinks of his global rugby ban, and if he had a choice.

Ok Slow down, a few points

a) We don't know the full facts and every man has the right to defend themselves. 2 people left Renault today and we don't know how much of the "plot" is down to Briaotre or Symonds.

b) This is not "race fixing" this is cheating or using unscrupulous and dangerous team tactics to get an unfair advantage and there is a difference between those two things. That is not to condone what has happened in anyway whatsoever

I voted NO because if he does go how do we know that the others will not go with him as he did bring them all on board, if we were to be taken over by the mittal's then great but are we so sure they will be bothered or interested in QPR as i think they were only on board so they could get a foot in the door on the F1 front but thats just my opinion.

Thats some way of safeguarding a reputation, admitting to cheating.

Its not safeguarding, its damage limitation.

The thing is outside of formula 1 and qpr Briatore is not a very well known name, Renault is, for the majority of people the reputation that will be forever tarnished by this is Renault and not briatore.

I would not be at all suprised to see some law suits coming down the line in an attempt to clear Renault of this

LOL if all sports governing bodies were to ban cheats from thier respective sports - i wonder how many would be left standing.

Eduardo clearer tried to cheat/con the ref into a penalty,got a 2 game ban from Eufa before efua bottled because they knew they would be opening up a can of worms.For wnegr and Eduardo to claim he was impeded was a joke.Also saw a penalty given to Zurich last night V Real madrid which was clearly a dive...which means cheating.

Our very own Bowles and marsh were two of the original "divers" in the 60s and 70s but clearly we dont count them at all as being cheats.

If FB is found guilty of adopting cheating tactics by the relevant boards, then i would not like that sort of person at our club, whether we are top of league by 20 points or bottom.

However - many fans would turn a blind eye and accept Fb for what he is - ...Chelsea's RA is not the cleanest of clean...but thay dont care where the money comes from.
