  • The thing that really *#%^ me off the most

Is that we sign players who have the attributes, but suddenly are *#*^ when we rely on them.
Not going to mention players like Cesar,Mbia etc.
But when we signed Hoillet he was such an exciting player, looked like we had got a gem when he put pen to paper.
Samba was another, when we lost Nelsen and got Samba I don't think anyone questioned it.
    He was another great signing.

Kranjkar is becoming one as well, glad we didn't sign him on a perm.

Just don't understand how we always end up this way.

I know we will be thankfull when Park departs but he is a prime example.
Really thought he would be a great signing.
When watching the Mancs and Park came on he looked a player that deserved his place in there team.
But signs on the dotted line for us and suddenly loses any ability he once had.

Players don't turn sh*t after a few months, it just can't be explained how it happens so many times.

I got a feeling regarding the Samba signing, that there was a rather lengthy thread on here that we should go and get him at the time. Tony`s read that thread and no matter what he was signing. Harry even said at the time, Tony had got him a new player he had no idea who it was. Look back at last season Tony was every where draped in Air asia and QPR caps/hats and scarves talking to all and sundry, even having a kick about on fifa 13, with players who would go on to earn a pound of his naive flesh.

But Samba wasn't an unknown or a ageing player looking for a final payday.
Arsenal were chasing him, but he chose the £££ as well.
Samba was rated highly, it wasn't just by us when we signed him but from others that had seen his performances that made him sought after.
He was someone we all wanted, and thought would be a huge asset.

And as per your other posts above, turned to slush upon arrival.

When you see your employer acting the goat, who would`nt feel this is the gravy train to a life of..........Gravy

Let me set my stool out here, all our troubles on and off the pitch fall squarely at TONY FERNANDES feet, not Hughes not Harry`s, but his, he as acted the clown.

Sorry, I'm sure you have a big plan in place for the future of QPR instead?

It's shocking how many signings that have turned in to complete failures, almost every single one!

I really think Hughes and Redknapp are blameless.
Let's hope Fernandes leaves, the future will be so much bright.

Come on people blaming Fernandes for players playing poorly, it is down to the manager and coaches to sort players out if they are not pulling their weight, the manager picks the side, also the manager and the coaches plan the tactics, if players are not doing their job what they are supposed to, out them, put them training with the youth side and let them see how to fight hard for something you really want, if they don't want to put any effort they want then **** them off back to their own clubs, or sack them for abusing the clubs time and money and faith in them.

People were patting Tony on the back when he signed Hughes and the Harry. People were saying he was a top bloke when he was signing all these players. Now people want to **** him off. It is easy to point the gun at him when things have gone wrong.

Agree if it was not for Tony we would probably be in the same position as Luton.

If it happens to more than a few players then it's unlikely its only their own fault.

As for Samba, he came midseason unfit. Can't really be blamed imo. Vidic and Evra were crappy when they came midseason to manchester united......
