It paints a sad picture. Like a fake Van Gogh, we are plasticky.

How TF made it big beggars belief. Principles of business don't change because of the industry you are in. He has no strategy, i.e Vision and Mission. Reflected by the sheeit we are currently experiencing. If you had any business nous you would not employ HR. What do Mourinho, Rodgers, Wenger do? The opposite of HR.

Totally agree. But who on here has that vision to "Start over" ?......Not many i`m sorry to say. Many fans who pay their wedge have the same mindset as the foreign investor and want to be entertained by Suarez, Gerrard and Van persie. With not one thought of our own up and coming starlets. Hell in a hand cart springs to mind.
"I could think of a number of what I think would be interesting (and not even "gotcha") questions. But they wont be asked"

These three will probably be bought permanently by other clubs:

                Green
                Traore
                Park
                Mbia
                Ephraim

                Who are we left with?
                Murphy
                Simpson, Onuoha, Ehmer, Donaldson, Yun
Barton, Faurlin, Diakite, Granero, Hoilett, Phillips
                Austin, Hitchcock, Shariff

There's no core to build around and we don't have many young players in the squad. Straight back down? Unless we spend big in the summer..again!

IMO, I would prefer us staying in the championship for a few seasons to build a younger side and bring in a manager with long term plans.
Exactly my thought. If we go up now, most probably we will go straight down. I would prefer we stay to fix some of the current problems:

                1. Get rid of the likes of aging players like Zamora, Johnson, SWP, Jenas, Hill (not against him, he gives 100% but let's face it), etc.
                2. Get rid of high earners/underperformers to ease our wage bill: Cesar, Granero, Park, etc.
                2. Stop loaning too many players
                3. Bring at least two young strikers on permenant basis or perhaps give Tom Hitchcock a chance next season.

One of the biggest challenges If we don't go up would be keep hold of Charlie Austin.

''Ephraim, 25, is under contract at QPR until 2014.''

QPR manager Harry Redknapp suggests Hogan Ephraim has no future at Loftus Road, but Alejandro Faurlin will be welcomed back.

the biggest problem since fernandes etc. came in is there policy of signing known, over the hill players with high wages & low fees. it's ****ing stupid. our board clearly have no idea what they're doing, the clubs a mess right now.

Is it fair to say that Joey Barton doesn't have the legs to compete in the PL ?
Young, energetic players are getting the better of him already in the Championship.

Not a dig at Joey, but simply something I witness in matches against the better sides in the Championship.

Barton would be the least of our worries if we were to go up and continue with the current midfield.

                            With you there mate.
I think we restart next season most probably in the championship with a new manager new squad with hopefully a fair few number of our up and coming youth players within the team?
No more has beens or over the hill loans like this season, basically back to basics the way a club our size should be run.
Yes a couple of old heads on the pitch but not nearly the whole team!
I must admit I thought Harry would have done better than what I have currently seen but then again what a mountain we have had to climb for the last 3 or 4 years so I don't blame him entirely!
Time for TF to make the right decision for all concerned as we can't keep making the same mistakes over and over again.
I used to have a Gold Card but now only have Bronze!

After reading this thread this is my take on what people are saying.
                              1. HR has left the team in worse state than Hughes did - do bad he was fired.
                              2. If we make it to the PL our club is dead because the owner as an idiot.
                              3. There are some gods in here who KNOW that we are not going up - nothing behind it
So if I believe in what is said here we should get rid of the owner, sack the manager, send back the loanies, not having the oldies in the team - it is good to know that we will not be relegated with the points we have

3rd in the league...plenty of games to go but the board is in meltdown......panic
just cos we lost 2 games.......as SAF said ...in any single match, anyone can beat anyone.
