  • Briatore's reputation is in tatters

I can wait to see people defend him and there will be some. He has to go and every day he stays the owner of QPR, we will fall lower and lower until we are in the gutter, where his reputation is.

Christ your like a broken record, couldn't give a **** about motoring racing.

Personally think we will benefit from having Briatore involved more with the day to day running of the club.

Thats if he doesnt get banned from sport in general.
I hope he does. I don't want this man being involved with QPR.
If he has cheated once he will cheat again. God knows he may have cheated even before this.

End of the day, he sacked Nelson Picket, he got his own back.

Sure, it goes on all the time.

what do you mean Pete, are you saying Piquet has invented this because he got sacked as some sort of sour grapes?

very simplistic view you take there....

Flavio put Piquet Jnr under so much pressure that he felt compelled to do his bidding and cheat in order to retain a drive for the next season....

Flavio then set Piquet Jnr unrealistic targets that decided whether Nelsinho kept his drive or not....

said targets proved unachievable, Piquet left and then told the FIA how he'd been treated, who took a very dim view on it as did Renault....

Flavio is 100% done in F1 as any sane person with even a modicum of sense can see

I suppose all the sponsors cant wait to see him and tell him its OK for their major brand to be associated with his football team, as its not related to motor racing.

Of course the grapes are sour.

Funny, how he didn't say a word when he was driving for him. He has been with him all season, then when Flavio sees him driving c.rap and finishing nearer last than first, he gets rid.

Picket, then with the help his dad start statements and accusations etc etc

Think Flavio will back in F1 in a year, if he wanted

IMO its just more negative press that will carry with the QPR FC name.

Pete no matter what you say, Flavio told him to crash.

The fact he sacked someone in such a bad way, knowing that someone had something in their closet that would ruin him in FI, shows just how stupid the man is.
