He can't think much of that Maiga fella if Zamora gets on ahead of him unless Maiga was injured.... We were an embarrassment today....:(

        But, man, this is poor.

We haven't played well all season have we guys ? We are one paced, very little commitment, heavy legs in midfield, lack of heart etc etc etc.

There was a great close up today. Adkins raving, shouting, gesticulating. Harry somber. Hands in pockets. He's had enough. Maybe its age. Maybe he swimming against the tide...

My solution ? A few years in the Championship. A new younger manager. Build the club from the ground up.

Thanks Harry for coming to us. I would never have believed you could be at QPR. But, it hasn't worked, so shake hands and move on...

        Malkay, come on down.

I feel sad writing this having been such a Harry fan...
Agree apart from Malkay. I'd install Steve Gallen now and get rid of all loan players. Start afresh. Would get crowd behind us at least.

MM: no. I don't want another manager in the old skool pragmatist mode and that is what he represents - a bit like a mini Moyes. Steve McLaren would have been the obvious choice but why would he want to come?

Agree with James, said we were in a false position a while back. It's all been blindingly obvious and has been for a while. The problem is TF want short term. What we need is a complete rebuild based on youth with a young manager who can get a side playing with tactical fexibility and flair. Forget the prem for a couple of years if that's what it takes.

Harry has made some terrible calls, he is not a development manager. People got upset when I said we should be looking to replace him, naturally we wont have been doing this obvious piece of planning, but you have to face facts sooner or later. Let Steve G take the reins for the moment until the end of term, it would be a relief to have someone running the show with less baggage.

Don't think Steve is the answer and I doubt he'd want the job. I reckon Adkins could be a good manager for us. He's learned a lot over the last 4 or 5 seasons and looks clued up now.

                  No Manager

How about a good selection of coaches, all in their 30`s/40`s that have played for sucsessful teams here in England and abroad. One goal, play the Rangers way. Entertain us(It`s your job to create an atmosphere not ours). Deliver the basic football ideology.. ....Entertain the paying public........We can achieve great things together

Thanks god we didn't sign Kranjcar permenantly. In fact having a lot of players on loan doesn't help. I question Harry's vision when he didn't sign any striker other than Charlie Austin knowing both Johnson and Zamora are injury prone yet again he made 4 strikers panic buys on deadline day. Where is the Brazilian striker anyway?

I would rather spend one more season in the Championship, bring two potenial strikers and avoid making too many loan signings than going up now and then straight back to the Championship. We are not good enough for the Premier League yet If we go up now imo.

At the moment I don't think sacking Harry would help. Let's wait till the end of the season.

As much as id like HR to p*ss off out our club, it wont happen.. I'd be very happy with a Bircham/Gallen at the end of the season.

Its obvious to many that HR is only interested in his promotion bonus, not the long term vision of the club.

He has been given one job this season and that is to 'get us up Harry'.. hence all the loan signings. The man doesn't care what state the club will be in again, next season, no matter what league..................

As I don't want Malky within a 100 miles of us I hope you grab him if thats what you want.

Its not that I think he's bad or anything but we've had a couple of 'old boys' manage us and they were disasters.
