Defeat normally winds me up the day/night of the game but next day its onto the next for me. Found it easier the older I have got when you start to put life into perspective a bit more, there are many more important things in life than a game of football but it is frustrating when you are watching it.

With a manager who seems like he has given up it takes a lot of time to "recover."

          An hour or two

          Ok after a drink

          A day

          Two days

          Till the next game

Depends how big the game was

          Is it an age thing?

Depends more on how engrossed you are as a fan?

          Other?
          depends on what game.

          normally a whole day

When we lose I just look to the next game. When we win, buzz for hours after the result.

Depending on the game it sometimes used to be the next day.
A few beers on the evening of a game was enough to forget, only to have my frustration re- stoked by the match report in the papers the following day.
Nowadays it lasts about as long as it takes for me to get home and see my nearly three year old son. Ahhh

North Korean women are much better looking than South Korean.

And they have better chocolate too.
