Harry has bought aload of players in with the right personality to graft for eachother and also with the attributes to mold into a new environment quickly. Harry has done a very good job considering we have a whole new squad of players. Some people are ao deluded. I wouldn't swap Harry for another manager in our league

Its a pity, you can learn something if people are willing to say what they would do different and make a real comparison.

Anyway, my opinion, I dont really see how a team mostly built in one summer with from loans and freebies and players released or out of contract, could be doing much better than this one is.

There are some judgement calls of course, this player that player this formation that formation blah blah blah, but overall to be in with a good shout of automatic promotion mid february would have been a dream scenario just six months ago.

I'm not a fortune teller, maybe the club will be relegated for all i know, but it is difficult for me to see the obvious better alternative loans, and nobody has coming up with any either.

If staying down means someone starts thinking long term I'd take that. Building a young footballing side with a bit of pace and a future is what I'd like to see, even if it means time to bring them through at the cost of prem football for a couple of years.

Southampton have got it right, they've been producing some great england prospects and playing decent football for a while now. But you can't do that without long term thinking. Our transfer dealings in the TF era have been chaotic, Hughes out of his depth and Harry's old lags. Someone really needs to get a grip.

One thing is for sure. If somehow we go up real problems kick in, it's hard to imagine any of them as prem class.

Not sure players have to be prem class. We can all name teams that have stayed up first season, some haven't, but the ones who survive have a team game plan and know what they're doing, and get away with it. After that you strengthen bit by bit. If we go up, not sure our existing team would keep us up.

I think the atmosphere, tight knit, togetherness of the players is almost enough to keep you up. Look at our promotion season and 1st season in the premiership... we had an amazing team spirit but not necessarily premiership quality players. IMO had Warnock stayed in charge, we would've scraped over the line and then he would of bought in a couple of players that would've made the difference but at the same time keeping a good team spirit. But instead Hughes comes in and dose the opposite.

He's still talking out of his **** about needing someone to unlock defences, well I've got news for the ****. He had that very player and let him walk away. It was obvious from day one we had about as much flair as a soggy bag of chips. And less pace.

get rid of him fast and start rebuilding properly.

Don't see how this Harry out business helps - let's judge him at the end of season

One things for sure - if Harry goes now, we have significantly less chance of going up!

I'm with Van on this, ridiculous to question Arry.
We are 3rd with games in hand to go into automatic promotion and posters are questioning our manager, nonsense.
We have a difficult board to navigate they on the whole authorised useless signings, got rid of Warnock & were impressed with MH as he brought in mouth swabs at training ...
Arrys done his best with what we got, stop moaning and get behind the team, tomorrow is big, let's stop assessing football as an exact science and be more pragmatic.

Would be unwise to get rid of him before the season, I wouldn't be surprised if he leaves in the summer whether we get promoted or not, then we could bring in someone else.
