Just asking should the Palace game get re-scheduled for a date some of us can't make, how do we go about getting a refund on our tickets?

Do we simply turn up at the box office with our tickets and they hand over the cash or do they make it more complicated?

Wont be a problem, just straight cash refund.

As long as you are accompianied by all 4 living grandparents, the ticket stub from Chesterfield away 2003, a freshly made Sweet and Sour Pot Noodle... and a signed letter from Kofi Annan.

I do actually know someone with a signed letter from Kofi Annan (relating to UNICEF work)!!! I'm sure I have the Chesterfield stub somewhere too........perhaps we can club together for the other bits? Share grandparents? There's no way on God's green earth I'm going near a Pot Noodle though
