i had
i had a real love affair with a mark 3 cortina,in those days my life was one wonderrfull adventure every day, that car is associated with the best days of my life,i bought the car from watford, and it was so so so
amazing,it was women women and more women, and everything was so much fun,i was playing socceon saturday afternoons so not many qpr games but i scored some lovely goals
ill always remeber the greatest game i ever played was ayt a place called belgravia and in that sports field that backs onto the river thames
it was to be the only game in my life that the referee and the whole team lined up to shake my hand
although a crap player my ability to beat players running down that right wing was incredible if i was on form and we were playing the league leaders and we were bottom but the ball was glued to my boot that day and i scored the best goal of my llife and even though we lost 1-4 i felt so proud i was a king for oner day, even now i often dream of that day have any of you played soccer at park level or at any level

Woooooooah everyone and calm down we are not going to Wembley yet and considering our record in cup competitions I think we will have to have a large slice of luck to get through the play off semi finals. Just remember that Derby, Wigan, Reading, Ipswich and Brighton fans all think they will be there too!oldhoop

Makes me no less of a fan but I got sick of the pathetic performances. Surely a playoff comp will raise their games, (I hope!)I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

It sounds brilliant! City got to Wemberlee loads of times in the 1990s (factoid: in the 1990s, only Man U played more times at Wembley than City) we used to meet at a sports club in Acton, and hire a fleet of stretch limos to take us to the ground: worked out about 20 quid a head, there and back. Yes, yes, you are right, it was tacky, like a hen-party of blokes all dressed in blue: but we loved it.
The March on Wemberlee sounds like lots of fun if you have the energy. I hope it comes off for you.
