Really good question as I'd like them both, but if I had to select one it would be Charlie Austin every time. I also think he would be the better player if we went up, Adel is better suited abroad and I think it's showing.

But the question is not whose level it is but who you would rather have in the run in into the end of the season if we had the choice. Who would you put your mortgage one to make a difference between now and the end of the season if push came to shove

If it was the Adel from when we last won the champ, I would pick him all day as no one and probably no one will ever again dominate the league like he done. As I said though tough choice because at this level Austin will always score you goals. Then again without the service will he score the goals needed to get us promoted? I mean he is joint 4th in the top scorer chart along with Chris Martin, Dave mcGoldrick, and such like. Would you rather Chris Martin to Adel?. Don't get me wrong if Austin was in a team that creates chance after chance he would probably be ahead of Ings & McCormick. Adel creates chances for himself that no other player in this league can do, as well as unbelievable vision to create chances for average players to score a few e.g Mackie when he was with us.
