I just hope that the Mittals, or anyone else who works for our beloved QPR, never read these threads... And certainly not that comment. W12, i understand your passion and sentiment. However...
I'm sure the difference between our views as fans, and the vast amounts of time and money that these guys have invested, is huge. The truth is we don't really know, and probably never will.
But we couldn't have investors with more money, with more passion, with more desire. We have some of the wealthiest owners in the world. Niave ? Yes. Made mistakes ? Yes...
BUT, their heart is right. Their motives are true.
Maybe we should just show them a tad more respect.
As i said, God help us if they read these threads...

I love this thread - some proper trainee journalists putting their CV's forward to the Daily Fail by the looks of it. You can't research this topic because there is no factual information in the public domain, so do the decent journo thing and spin some#standuptocancer

I'm happy with our current board. Yes there's been mistakes, but they've been admitted and acted upon. I like the plans for a new training ground/academy and a new stadium. We're having a pretty good season with players who seem to want to succeed. And we have a manager that knows the game inside out.
All in all, I think we're in good hands from the chairman down.Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

its all been tony f and his group.
More money has come from Amit and LM combined into QPR than what has been spent individually by Tony Fernandes and that is a fact. Also collectively they hold the largest individual stake in the club. I love the way supporters make flippant statements like this without logic or insight applied.

And to add some more info/insight, when Tango and Cash were at the club we would not have signed anyone if it weren't for Amit. Money from LM and Amit supported pretty much most of our signings. Neil Warnock almost walked twice because of fallouts with the Orange one over funds. Neil Warnock even alludes to this in his book, but then again some will probably state this is tosh to massage and support their agenda. Amit/LM funded Paddy Kenny's transfer fee after problems with Tango and Cash mainly because Tango refused to sign Kenny because of his drug related ban.Last edited by Dazzer1977; 10-02-2014, 01:17 PM.
