  • West Ham and their proposed legal action

Sorry mods, not QPR related as such.

Going down the legal route because Andy Carrol's red card meant he is suspended?

West Ham are to take legal action after failing to overturn the red card shown to Andy Carroll against Swansea.

want to get old Kens brief
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

Madness and, exactly as Jimmy says, sure fire sign of desperation.

The red card was ludicrous tbf, the FA should throw the book at that cheating ba$tard for Swansea (Flores?). However, being able to pursue legal avenues to appeal a card in a sporting fixture would just set a ludicrous precedent and be the start of silly season IMO. It's swings & roundabouts, Wet Spam will have had players stay on the pitch for tackles that deserved reds, should the opposition in those (albeit theoretical) cases be able to go to court to get a retrospective red card issued? Clearly not. Again IMO of course.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

You're growing into a v sensible young man, nice to see
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

every club agreed that after any decision goes to the board that no club would ever take it further and would agree that decision is final. Them po rn brothers are like drug dealers or street chavs and go against any agreement if it doesnt go their way. Would love them to go down i really would.
