Not down to QPR, it was probably part of bail conditions set by the court and Football banning authority.

No mate qpr placed the ban he showed me the letter, also a mate of mine was nicked at Ipswich for something silly and he got same letter in the post. Seems that qpr don't understand that in this country you are innocent until proven guilty.
Vic's a genuinely nice fella, his absence whenever I've been following the Rangers away from home this last year, has been noticeable.
Hurry up, QPR.....And allow Victor to see his beloved hoops again.

He should now sue Merseyside police for this travesty of justice, hope hes back watching Rangers as soon as possible and the club honour his season ticket and give him a lifetime free season ticket for the injustice the poor chap has had to suffer. A proper Ranger and a genuinely nice fella. Well done!
