Facto, if a 40k ground is built then we'll have a bet on the average gate for the first season. Name the gate you think we'll get over the season. Then we split the difference between your number and one we put up, somewhere between 35 and40. Put up what you like and some on here will take slices of it. Altho I'm not interested in donating any possible winnings to charity.

I think people underestimate our support. Not saying we would pull 40k week in week out but provide the right product at the right price and dormant fans will return
30k to start with space etc to expand if required would be perfect think we could comfortably pull crowds the same as Fulham if not in excess

London Pride has been handed down to us.
London Pride is a flower that's free.
London Pride means our own dear town to us,
And our pride it for ever will be.

Just to make it nice and clear for you so even YOU can be left in no doubt:
I agree with the board's decision to build a 40k stadium.
Plain enough for you?
You're problem is you have no ambition and no vision. I see you haven't bothered to dig out anyone else who wants a 40k stadium, and I notice you've not lifted a finger in getting your protest group going.
I'm backing the board. Why don't you spend some time getting your protest group started, and organise your demo at games ?
"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."
Those are the EXACT words that came from your fingertips during a debate we were having SO of course I have read the whole thread, at the time and when you asked me to show you where you had EVER stated 30,000 'COULD' be our expected average attendances . . . . . . . . .
SO just to confirm then ? ? ?
You are on record as predicting our maximum expected attendance will rise to 29,000 BUT you want to watch your football in a 40,000 capacity stadium ?
As for you resorting to type and starting with the personal digs again.
Quite funny saying I have no ambition or vision, as Facto has just quoted the attendances for all the big games in our history but still you blindly follow Uncle T's vision for the future ........... 'there's none so blind as those who will not see' Eh ? ? ? ? ?
BUT the most ironic part of your whole rant is you are posting on our 'protest' group thread
No need for demo's at games, Ian Taylor ( is that you by the way ? ) will be reading all this and hopefully passing on some of our heartfelt concern for QPR fc to Uncle TLast edited by NW_Hoopz; 04-02-2014, 09:31 PM."Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?

I accept you have no vision or ambition for our club, but plenty of us do. I hope we can attract 1% of the 1.8m catchment area in NW London and grow our club so we can compete against the best teams in England.
Is that not what you'd like to see too?Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

And you're not taking into consideration that this is a stadium that'll be built for other events not just football. That's the words of the chief executive.

As full your idiotic statement about 'us' not realising this is about the next 50 - 100 years.
QPR has been about for the last 132 years in NW London and during that time the 'catchment' area has grown to 1.8m BUT you who blindly follow Uncle T or just work for the club conveniently choose to forget we couldn't even sell out our 2 most recent seasons in the 'promised' land .......................
BUT because the messiah Uncle T is now at the helm and he says so, we WILL sell out every week & we WILL stay in the Premiership for evermore because he wants us to"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
