Yes I fancy Ned with Dunne. Hill did well at the begining of the season as LB but he is slow in coming back If he goes forward.

Couple of spurs fans I know reckon he's pony, and don't want him back.

For me he has ability, but doesn't look like he wants to put in any effort and seems to be only giving 80%, and shows no real passion for the cause. Perhaps playing alongside Clint and his work ethic, some of this attitude might rub off eventually.

great player, lucky to have him. plenty of other players has cost us more goals this season than him.

would love us to sign him on a parm if possible.

He's just not a "Put it in row Z" type of player , sometimes you just got to clear the ball and defend the throw on or corner , but he is still the top left back in this league and real quality, does come across as hard work though, ignored Hill when he was having a pop at him, stormed off at the end with the hump , but would be in my team every day of the week.

Read this snippet about him, made me chuckle:

Rafael van der Vaart had just signed and I was next to him. So Benni was shaking hands and when he got to Rafa, he shook his hand, stood still and looked at him. And then he asked me in French: 'Who's that?' I said: 'It's Van der Vaart.'

"Benni said: 'OK, nice to meet you.' Harry [Redknapp, the Spurs manager] had to explain. He told Rafa: 'Don't worry, he doesn't know who you are, he doesn't know anything about football, but he's a great player.'"

If in doubt put it out
