I'd say Onuoha had a much poorer game than Hill.

clint is a lion reads the game well and is good when he sticks to the basics , he was always going to have his work cut out with the live wire danny ings . in time clint will go down the pecking order as old age has crept up on him

Clint is a top top bloke that will run through walls for the club, but i think we all know he's limited in ability. He is a weak link. At the start of the year I thought he was better than Dunne but tbh Dunne has been fantastic and I think, all players fit, id have Dunne and Ned at CB.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Certainly wasn't criticising him just telling it as it was today, Ings and Vokes ran rings round him although he probably had half an eye on BAE's defending which didn't help. Was caught out for Vokes goal and got away with badly losing Duff just after the restart.

Burnleys front 2 will take them up if they stay fit, different class today BUT can they stay fit ALL season........we can just hope they don't.

Disagree, besides RB isn't his best position.

                  Agree with that.

I love Clint as much as the next man but age is starting to catch up with him.
Just 3 examples of mistakes today that could very easily have proved costly:
                  1. When he tried to push up for offside and it backfired putting their striker clean through on goal.
                  2. When he got caught ball watching and completely lost his marker who again was clean through.
                  3. An attempted back header which he missed and very nearly put Green in trouble.

Could very easily have proved costly, but, er, didn't..... Unlike BAE and Onouha who's mistakes did prove costly. And Dunne's on Tuesday. In regard to 2 the attacker was offside in the first half about 20 mins or so in. Find me a goal Clint's been responsible for this season. As opposed to could very easily have been responsible.....

I actually think Dunne looks the weaker link, although i've been more than happy with both of them all season. I think we have to accept that all players will have off days.
Today their lack of pace was exposed by a nippy little striker but then all 3 goals came from crosses into the box which could've been stopped by the full backs or wide players

A weak link which despite all the money and changes in managers has never really been addressed. What all this means is that if we do go up, the whole circus starts again, because the current squad (and manager) would be straight through the revolving door and back in this division.

One day we will have to get to grips with some long term planning around younger players with some development in them, if we'd started on that road the minute we went down we might not be second, but it wouldn't matter. That project also needs a young manager.....

What percentage of our acadamy / development squad make into the first team? That's the measure of planning and to be fair not many champ and prem sides make it happen. Southampton (as mentioned elsewhere) are far and away the best example, to the extent that they are beginning to feed the national team. If more sides followed that example we might actually have a chance on the world stage in a few years time.

Clints a legend and a class defender. Today we came up against a good team with two quality strikers. Our defence won't play against strikers like that every week.
