But look at the squad, very experienced pros Dunne, Hill, Barton, AJ, BZ, too name just a few, this can only help the young lads we have brought in.

Whilst I personally haven't been too impressed with Carroll, he does seem to be getting more confident, this could be to do with getting more first team football, but I am sure some of the more level headed pros are also helping him to mature, and realize his potential

Would of preffered less quantity and maybe took Keane and tried to get Wickham.Not impressed by the others but hope to be proved wrong.Doyle is playing in league 1 for a reason and still can't score there so don't see why we want him.We need a goalscorer not someone to hold the ball up.

Get McCormack when the loan window opens and send all the others back.
