Ned is more then capable of playing at RB so no major concerns there from me also too good to be sitting on the bench.

Obviously the quicker Simpson is back (excuse the pun) the better lets not forget we also have Luke Young on our books

In fairness to Ned Essex neither does Simpson he is all about defending and other then the ball he put in for Austin against Donnie dont think he has offered anything as an attacking FB but defensively he is super solid.

I would argue Neds pace could actually see us be a little bit more adventourous as he has the pace to get back when it breaks down.

I know he has only had a couple of games but what about recalling Harriman from wherever he is? The difficulty youngsters have had in recent years is they are never given a look in. In the old days if someone got injured that's when the yoof would get their chance. At this club it just don't happen!

Ned will be fine though that said.
