Get up, straight to the gym, place a couple of bets on the way home, have some food, pick up my daughter, take her to the cinema and for lunch, got her overnight so chill out with her at home. Probably watch casualty or something.

Sleep, have a bike ride, entertain the kids, watch Big Bucks romp home at Cheltenham and Laugh as Boro upset the chokers.

Would of gone to Watch Dorch away at Chelmsford but thats prosponed.

So i'll be watching the FA cup matches today and go for a run.

catching up on paperwork in between looking at this forum, birthday Monday so out tonight with the kids, well men really as they are 34 and 28 and 3 x granddaughters all of whom are Rangers, so my mission in life is complete.
