Not sure where you get the total face lift comment from, if it's not him it's certainly very much like him. Maybe, maybe not but certainly very similar as well as being the right height and build it seems a bit of coincidence he was by his own admission staying at the Grosvenor (just down the road) !

Ntep has got a scar in the middle of his forehead. The bloke at HQ doesn't.

Look a little closer at the HQ picture, albeit it's not so clear there is definitely a mark in the same place as the scar on Ntep.
