the big thing diakites got going for him is that strange way he drifts away from players and carries the ball 'box to box'. that's his famous and admired move....I remember him doing it about 3 times
in all, not leading to a goal....he may have got more red cards than the amount of times he did his famous move

I remember how excited we were the summer when we signed him; we had a massive thread on him! It's a shame it didn't work out. Would still like to see him get a game or two for us!

so if he does well for watford they are gonna buy him, i cant see them stumping up the 3 or 4 mill we payed for him , we will be lucky to a mill for him i reckon! another in a long, long list of very bad buys! ah but you live and learn i suppose and it aint my money being pished up the wall so why should i care!

There was something a bit fishy about the Diakite deal. He arrived on loan, then didn't play at the end of the season (ill). Nothing happened and nobody knew whether he was going to stay or not. Finally it was announced that he had signed for the club. Since then nothing has really happened. I know people say Harry doesn't really think much of him, but he hardly played last season before Harry arrived.
