Hows Petter Vaagan Moen doing in Norway. I never thought he was really given a chance when he was with us.

He is doing it quite well for Lillestrøm in Norway as their playmaker. A Club Uwe Røsler coached a few years ago.
To be fair, he doesn`t excatly speak fondly of Warnock.

Heitinga is a great shout. Austin and Remy up top would be a dream. Need a decent CM to partner Joey, then the rest are ok I reckon.

Hope you're wrong mate, see no reason to sell just to try and replace him?

Me neither. He would have gone permanently but for the court case hanging over his head.

He only come to us to put himself into the premiership shop window, and hes done that now. Hes a top six player i reckon, and too good for us im sad to say.

Warnock never really played him much, so that is understandable.
I'm glad he is doing well. When we signed him, they said he was the Norwegian David Beckham.

I think such is the difference in the premier we'd have to invest in New defenders. A class championship, make ekkotto permanent and cover for rb.
The midfield is the key area with a lot of our oldies out of contract we would need to buy a mixture of youth and experience. Players who are quick but are creative.
I'd love to see qpr be cheeky and bring someone in like Livermore. If we keep Remy I'd say a serious investment in someone e like Rhodes and then similar to nahki wells so we have 4 decent strikers.
Basically would need to spend 30-40 mill on 7 or 8 players of premier standard to stand a decent shout.

I just hope and I think he is ruthless enough if we do get promoted to not offer loads of extensions to benaryo jeans ect

It's why we went down last season... Too many changes. I'd say that's the last thing we wanna do.

We will need to buy some class players mate or we will come back straight back down. We have a decent championship squad but premier league we wouldn't stand a chance. The fact so many of our players are out of contract gives us the chance to blood in New talent.
Its about getting the right players - pick a few of the best from the championship who want a crack at the premier league and will play out of their skins every week, whilst adding 2 or 3 players who have that little bit of class to make things happen.

As much as I love hill and Dunne would you want them as a child pairing in the premier? Look at our midfield now at their age and contract situations and your telling me we wouldn't need at least 6 or 7 New players? At present striker wise apart.from Charlie we ain't set up for premier league.

We need a new defender to pair up with Onuoha yes. Maybe a new Premier League standard defensive midfielder and strikers but that's about it. Personally I think if you bring in more than four first team players we risk the same as before. The nucleus of the team will be gone and we'll be repeating history. Some of those things might even come in this window... but we still got to go up first. Easier said than done.

We need a squad for the premiership and a good 6-8 of our first team squad players are out of contract in the summer or going back to their parent clubs.
We lose Carroll, niko and Benny straight away. We would either need to buy them or replace them. That's 3 signings straight away. Get another cb at least. Do you want hoilett and traore as our option for a left winger? We will need at least 1 premier class creative midfielder surely and most premier team have 4 strikers or at least 3 to choose from.
Plus we will need.depth of squad. Wright Phillips and jenas are out of contract and I can't.remember the deal for benaryou..
                                4 New signings won't get us no.where.
