I know for a fact that the players hate playing at home, as the crowd gets on their back and it drains their confidence....

Pete, it's most definitely a 2-way street.
IF you get players like Ainsworth (and nowadays Ramage), the ones who might not have all the talent in the world but constantly give 100% and put everything into playing for QPR, what more can you expect? The fans respect that and these players are then less likely to get booed or abused when they make an error.
Some of the players in our side would do well to show more passion (Which I think is the key word here) and learn about what it should mean to play for QPR.. the fans will appreciate that and go easier on them. (Peter Ramage is a fine example of my exact point).

Nik29, not disputing your comments, but everyone has a different opinion. You say ramage gives 100%, you are right, but what exactly were fans saying about him, this time last season?ALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.

QPR fans could learn a lot from the Tartan Army who despite getting walloped in Norway kept singing even when 0-4 down. The Commentator could barely make himself heard above the racket and when he gave the summary he had to say "By the way, despite the scoreline, thats the Scottish fans making all the noise". Which is the norm. Home and away wins against France in the Euro qualifying the other year were greatly assisted by the fantastic support.
Now, if Rs fans were getting RIGHT behind the team all the time, I'd have a lot more sympathy for those that bleat about the players not clapping at the end of the game. We have to make it so there is NO WAY they can fail to acknowledge our support.
