loans with a view to a permanent signing are great; but signing players who feel they are slumming it playing for rangers, im not so sure.

So...would you rather a player who comes to Loftus Road like Aggy, Heider, Tchakonte etc., who get a contract knowing that they don't have to perform?

Or, would you like a player to come on loan who either has to earn a contract with us or play well enough for their parent club to want them back?

With loans, if they fail to work, we're not the mugs who are stuck with them.

It seems no matter what, you'll look for a reason to moan either way.
Bennyboy. Normally I agree with you. But I don't on this occasion. The fact we are loaning so many players tells me that whoever is responsible. Doesn't know or has no confidence in what they're doing. Loaning a few isn't a problem. But with the potential resource we have, if we had someone in at the start who knew what they were doing. We would probably have had a much smaller, better squad and not wasted so much time, effort and money. We would be a lot closer to the premiership, the club wouldn't be seen as a circus and we would be a club that decent players would want to come to.

So fans have a right to moan. Even the club knows it's wrong for all these loans. Because they said at the end of last season that they wouldn't do it. Yet here we are again. They don't know what they are doing. Worse still they haven't learnt from their mistakes.

Considering that Flavio and Co spent around 19 million at the start, then another 6 million 18 months ago and millions on ground improvements

What more, do you suggest, they spend on a club that gets around 12,000 per game? Maybe, just maybe they have a budget?

i'm sure you wouldn't p.iss money up the wind, why should succesful businessmen do the same thing?

This team is good enough, its there inability to show it, thats so frustrating !!

As I said, if we had in someone who knew what they were doing. How much did Burnley spend to get promoted. How much did all the teams that finished in the playoffs spend. It's all about having the right structure and the right people in place. If they had the right person as director of football, we would have done a lot better with our budget.
