  • Reading match on Sky

@OfficialQPR: Our home match against @ReadingFC has been selected for live coverage and has now moved to Sunday 16th February (3:30pm ko)
"When you went to the corner and saw our fans celebrating the way they were you just wanted to be part of it" - Shaun Derry after we beat the scum 1-0

Not happy about this. Hate that all out decent games this season have been moved. Better than a 2:15 K.O I guess.

I don't see why we keep getting selected for a game against Reading. I think this is the 5th consecutive game against them on Sky. The only decent game was in 2010 at their place. All the others have offered little life and some of the worst atmospheres ever heard

Oh FFS - starting to really chore me off moving all these games for Sky. Makes me laugh when I see these ads about Sky thanking "us" for being the ones that make the game worthwhile - then they go and screw up thousands of peoples plans for the armchair masses

I dont get that whatsoever. Since when has a championship game ever kicked off at 3:30pm live on sky on a sunday? Never. What about super sunday and the big premiership game that is on every sunday at 4pm?
Or is it fa cup weekend and we are on sky while a big cup game is on itv or bt sport?

If they put on the Charlton game the week after you won't have to leave your drum for the whole of Feb. Could be a good move if the snow comes, as you know we don't do snow very well in this country.
My old man was the star player for HMP Parkhurst during their successful and unbeaten 77/78 season.

I raely even watch football anymore on TV the missus can't believe her luck I let her have the TV controller all the time on the weekend. At best I allow myself to watch a mtch indoors on sunday. Haven't watch MOTD in years can't stomach the pundits prefer to watch goals on Sunday on Sky with Chris Kamara.

Champions League, Carling Cup, FA Cup I have no interest in, infact I go as far as saying I will only watch certain Premier League teams due to their style of play.

The moment a game is moved nowadays for SKY I'm already thinking I'll miss this one and watch it indoors. Football games are better at 3pm Saturday or 8pm on a Tuesday night

Like you the overkill bores me senseless the pundits are dire repeating the same sound bites over and over, week in week out Zzzzz

Just out of interest, since when did Saturday 12:15 or Sunday 15:30 become inconvenient to the 'working man' ?
Surely the weekend is traditionally their playtime.

As Facto stated, ****ing nuisance trying to get to a game by 12.15 !

Plus you don't have time to get a drink before hand NOW that is inconvenient to the working class
"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."
