The problem with SWP for me is that he's never changed his style of football. He's never improved, he's never upped his game.
Dont get me wrong he will sometimes make fantastic runs, taking on other players but the end product just isn't good enough. Very much like Hoilet IMO.
I hope we can move him on, a very expensive player to have. But like the article says that's exactly the reason why we are struggling to shift him.SIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!

I'm disappointed he hasn't featured more. Should at least be on the bench. Both Hoillet and Phillips have had injury issues this season and at Championship level SWP should be quality. He's also one of the few people we signed when in the Premiership who actually seems to want to be at the club!
Not saying he has set the world alight while here, far from it, but a very good option to have at this level.

How long has his contract got?
Funnily enough I thought he started to improve again once Harry came in and that he would be first teamer this season.
As for the contract, think he will have one more year left once this season is up.

Why does this club not have a relegation clause in the contract, like 50% drop in wages or something, that would shift them out.
Let's say he was on 50k, QPR get relegated and now his on 25k. He will not be happy and as a result will want to find a new club who pays more.
If we wanted to keep him then we could hold talks and offer him more then 25k, it's not rocket science, so why was this not in place?
Our club is losing money.
