£19.5m he's weighing at and yeah, good coaching and probably not a team of free signings or loaned in, mid 30s players to make him look bad.

I do feel for Charlie, he's a top player being made to look average by a scrooge board.

Think it's more Harry's insistence on playing one up front personally rather than the lack of money. All Harry signs is midfielders and thinks AJ and No Hips are adequate back up.

It's coaching young players but first of all you have to attract them and then hold on to them. Really who the hell do we think we are to attract these players and develop them ?. Youngsters have left and either made it or fallen by the wayside as QPR are nothing more than a small club with rich owners punching above their weight trying a short cut to success. History shows that this takes decades to build and at the moment no one can say we are nothing more than a short cut to the land of money for one season at the expense of the local support and community which means nothing to the owners or what they say whoever they may be

Is it not the case that 'the board' now makes the signings? Harry only puts names forward and the decision is then out of his hands?

I don't profess to know the inner workings of the club, but from what I've gleaned over the last 6 months this would seem to be the case after the Hughes debacle.

Considering our position in the league and how much we've paid in signings, I think we've done ****** well to be where we are, but if we are to progress, we need to be spending up to £5m/10 on young players that will be worth £20m hopefully.

We did get one For £8m who's probably worth £15/20m, but he went out on loan!

Would have thought is was the board approves Harry's choices depending on transfer fee/wages rather than picks from his choice of players.

The days of giving free reign of spending to the manager are hopefully over after the Warnock/Hughes era.

We are a small club that tried to do a Man City on the cheap and failed embarrassingly. Lessons i hope have been learned but it doesnt fill me with confidence that they have when i hear TF spouting out about a 40k stadium. "Champions League in 4 years" remember that announcement? same sh1t just different owner.

I enjoy our Championship matches more than most of the matches the last 2 seasons in the EPL, we have a chance to win every game and winning is fun! Of course the goal is promotion and back to the big money of the EPL, I would like to see if we can get things right and put a squad together that can survive there but unfortunately that's about all we can hope for at this time!
