If we go up, the first step should be sacking Harry Redknapp who is past it now and should retire. He has ran out of ideas and still stubborn on 4-5-1 which doesn't fit the players as it requires midfielders who can score to take pressure off the lone striker. Unfortunately, none of the the current midfielders can do some. Only Kranjcar can do 50% of it. Harry is reluctant to change his unproductive tactics: few shots on targets and few goals.

Players that should leave the club are: Henry, SWP, Hoilett, Zamora, Traore, Johnson, Hill, Oneil, Benayoun. Some of those players contracts will expire at the end of the season anyway.

I would give Dunne another one year contract only If we don't go up and will give Kranjcar a chance till the end of the seaon to impress to sign him permenantly.

For Taarabt, I will give him one last chance next season and as for Remy we better sell him as he is too good for us and we can make good money out of him.

      I was at Everton yesterday.
The gulf in class between the two sides was both frightening, and disheartening.
The last thing in the world I want to see right now, is QPR facing that type of a spanking every other week.
Had more than enough of that the previous two seasons.
We are far from ready to take our place at the premiersh!t table.

Agree with that I would love us to go up, need at least five to six quality players not players past their best but players that want to play for us, not what we have had over the last couple of seasons.

Is this the team that is going to start for us in the Championship, let alone the premiership?
Cesar; Simpson, Onuoha, Hill, Assou-Ekotto, Traore, Phillips, Barton, Henry, O’Neil, Austin.

That side needs more than a couple of new faces, it needs a major overhaul if the game at Everton is anything to go by.
And we know what happens if we try to blood a practically whole new team.
