We have a decent core of players. Green, Ned, Joey,Austin. Philips is getting there. Add a couple to the solid core in this window and we will be in a decent position to strengthen for the step up.

Very worried at our lack of creativity though. 'Poorer' teams create more chances than we do.

        Agree with everything.

But I do think our lack of creativity should be judged after the window. Although at the moment its not great, things to take into account is that most of this team have only been together for 6 months (and some less) and we are still building.

Everton are a top team sitting 5th in the premiership. This should be used as a lesson and a wake up call.

Know what you mean after all replacing 90% of the squad work so well last time

The Donny game we should have been beaten by half time the performance was awful first half, not much better second half nicked a result, another fan that can't see beyond his nose.

we are obviously not ready to go up yet , thats not judging on todays result ,its a season long thing. The way we play football ,we would get found out every week in the prem ,and the thought of having to change the majority of the squad again to stay up ,just fills me with dread. Instead of playing boring football and grinding out wins in championship ,we would be either starting from scratch and seeing if what we put together gels ,or playing boring football and getting wooped every week ,either way dosn`t appeal to me.

Norwich will go down so we should sign Olsson and Leroy Fer off them. Steven Taylor from newcastle, and Rhodes from blackburn...Oh..and re install Adel into the team= Prem standard team. If not Rhodes then Jelavic. If not Fer, then youseff mulumbu from WBA.

I would say Remy instead of Rhodes/Jelavic..but I reckon someone like Arsenal will come in with a large bid for him.
If we played that team wewould finish rock bottom

if QPR win promotion I would not expect the likes of Dunne Hill O'Neil, Henry, Johnson, Zamora Benayoun to be in the team or maybe even squad.
I would expect 6 signings as a starting point and then a few more in January.
However, I don't think QPR will be winning promotion this season anyway.

                        Why is that?

Every promoted team needs to make additions if they hope to survive and we will be no different. I think that 3-4 solid signings in the summer would be enough. The biggest mistake is trying to "buy" a new Premier League team. And we know!

In the meantime, let's worry about Leicester, Burnley, Derby, and Forest.

Same old story twranger. The same will happen straight after the Ipswich game if we don't get a result. It'll make for happy reading for me on the train on the way home.

We were the much better side against Leicester but still lost. It's called football. Sheffield United beat Villa on their own patch, don't mean they are likely to win the Premiership though. Some of our performances haven't been great but the league table doesn't look too bad unless you want to spin it.
