Everton are doing a "Hooper" and I guess he will only be interested in PL football to be in the lime-light for the WC.

I find this one interesting. For me Jelevic is a class player with huge potenical to be a top player, even in the Prem alongside Austin & Remy :O
Everton fans don't seem to rate him but he is class, new lease of life could suit everyoneUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Always hard to know what to make of Prem forums attacking a player no longer good enough for them. You would have struggled to find a positive comment on here about Gabbidon or Delaney, but both dropped down a division and went to Palace and are now - incredible tho it may seem - playing in a division above us. That said there is real hostility. One poster says that in Scotland "an ironing board could score the occasional header". I also quite liked this comments:
It's a bit sad is the Jelavic case. I admire the hope and loyalty, but people have become so desperate to see him play well they look for any positive.
"He passed that we'll then, I know it was only 5 yards but it was weighted perfectly. Pity their winger intercepted it and scored, like. Looked better today anyway".
He's like the really fat kid at school everyone feels sorry for so gets congratulated on finishing dead last in every single event in sports day.
