Think we need to speed up in attacking area's most teams are already very cautious and defend in numbers against us when we slow down to a pedestrian pace we become to easy to deal with. As we saw yesterday early crosses will always cause problems it's just a shame only our fullbacks seem willing to put the ball in the box. Im pretty sure our widemen would be getting much praise if they could produce quality from out wide and im also confident in Charlie we have a player who would thrive on the chances created.

Hoilett was doing well before he got injured. Shame as he and Phillips both in good form could be lethal. At the beginning of the season, he was by far our best player, however his decline in form due to injuries is disappointing.

Hoilett always seems to do something good just before he gets injured 'again'. Waste of time for me, and his form and injury record means he will be with us for a mighty long time unfortunately.
Hoilett, oneil and nico would be my three to change form our side, and who i would have a few drinks on if they all left.

Players on the bench are not always match fit and maybe carrying injuries. Top prem teams do it too.
