  • Remy - planning to stay a ranger?

    Sorry if posted before

I like the sound of that

Newcastle United's top scorer Loic Remy has admitted he is still unsure about his future and could even return to Queens Park Rangers next season

I think that reading the article it's not his choice - but rather circumstances and decisions to be made. Reading between the lines I suspect he would rather be with a more successful team than either Newcastle or QPR!!
    Remember Gillard!!

Yep think he said it more to sidestep the q of whether he wanted to stay at Newcastle. He can hardly say "Nah, hoping Arsenal will come in for me..."

Mentioning Champion's League football is a big clue as to where he has his sights set.

How much are Champion's League players worth today?

We will see what happens, if I stay here or if we play in the Champions League
Newcastle or Arsenal then - who knows, even Chelsea, they are desperate for a top striker.

I'd say reading that he doesn't want to return here

Well if we can get £20-30m for him and TF adds a few more quid to that for HR then we could start building a team as come the end of the season we have a few on massive contracts ending which will free up salarys as well

Finally the interest from Arsenal for Remy becomes solid. Lets hope he turns them down and says he just wants to come back to the mighty R's after his loan at Newcastlewhen they come knocking for him. A good few people on here seem to think he will be back to us, so lets hope they are right,

When someone of Remy's ability becomes available all the big guns start sniffing around. Would love to see him stay, especially if we go up, but lets be honest the guy is top class and should be in the Champions League.

£20m or so would buy a good couple of players as well
