Agreed. I wonder how many of those calling for Sousa's head are now calling for magiltons

if Qwim goes - can any of you see anybody foolish enough to take the job - we need to stick by him - get some form of success, regain our respect in the game and maybe bring in a high profile guy to work alongside him then maybe later down the road ease the Qwim Magilton out !

Didnt want ronseal, but didnt want him sacked either.
Chuffed we go Sousa and wanted him to be given time. Shocked at the way he left.

Didnt want magic, and judging by press reports that we were interested in Coleman one week before the announcement, the board didnt either!

But sacking him now is not the answer. Steadfastness is what we need.
Arguing with a scientist is like wrestling a pig in mud... sooner or later you;ll realise you're muddy and he's enjoying it.....

but connors our situation at qpr is very complicated,we cant have a pop at briatore because he may take the mittals and bernie with him
so the only way we can show our disgust is to shout for the managers head
that decision last saturday to not play buzsacky is one of a continual run which has cost us loads of points
the bottom line is we will keep on getting rid of managers, untill gerry francis is installed as manager
GERRY FRANCIS WILL NOT LET ANY BODY TELL HIM WHAT PLAYERS TO PLAY
                WE WANT FRANCIS
ONLY FRANCIS..............KNOWONE ELSE CAN BUY FROM THE CONFERANCE LIKE FRANCIS...............BOTH HIS SONS PLAY FOR RANGERS
W 12 CHRIS SAW ME HAVE AN EXTENSIVE CHAT WITH GERRY AND HE SAID HE WOULD RETURN
BUT HE AND ONLY HE PICK THE TEAM
MAGILTON AND SOUSA ARE JUST PUPPETTS,IM TIRED OF PINOCHIO TYPE CHARACTORS GIVE ME FRANCIS OR VENABLES
                AND WE GET PROMOTION
lets explore a good side with no manager because thats what the four year project is
and you get a situation like west brom yes they get promotion but come straight back down again
THATS WHAT BRIATORE DOSNT REALISE,HE THINKS FOOTBALL IS THE SAME AS FORMULA ONE HE THINKS GET A SCHUMAKER AND IT WILL ALL BE OK
                but it isnt like that
gerry francis when he was last in charge sold darren pea**** for 2.7 million
                and purchased yates
he sold sinton for 2.7 million and bought trevor sinclair
THATS WHY YOU NEED A MANAGER BECAUSE A MAN LIKE FRANCIS CAN BUY AND SELL PLAYERS WITH EASE
but if briatore comes into gerry francis office he will be asked to leave
THAT MY FRIEND CONNORS IS MANAGEMENT
You know what Dex, im starting to come round to the idea of having Francis back. People say his time has gone and football has moved on, but at the end of the day, its still 11 v 11 on a bit of grass.
Lets face it, he cant be worse than what we have got.

No one half decent is ever going to take the chair here, but Francis possibly would if only out of some sort of loyalty to the club. I mean, he still comes and watches our games.

Now, having agreed with you, i need to go and lie down.....:tired:

The more i think of it Francis coming back as manager would be a cracking decision. The place would be buzzing again and we'd have a proper manager again.

It was all going quite well, until that "PINOCHIO" bit.

I think you left a very important name out... nice little fella, but the name that stops any talk of a decent manager coming to QPR.
                    And that includes Gerry Francis.

Do you HONESTLY think that Gerry Francis would lower himself to work under Gianni Paladini???
And to be honest, I'd lose all respect for him if he did.

If he REPLACED him..... well that's a very different matter.

Never called for Sousa's and will not call for Magilton's. I still believe that Gregory deserved a greater chance. Magilton will only have himself to blame if he changes a winning side. Was there a need to drop Ramage? Is there still a need to substitute Taraabt so early in the game? Was there a need to drop Helgsuon after the game in which he scored? Is there a reason for playing a right footed attacking midfielder on the left wing?

If he was picking players in their strongest position and they weren't performing that is one thing but instead he picks, he changes, he picks again.

I agree with don't change with something that works.

The truth is also that some of us QPR fans were warned by Ipswich fans that Jim likes to tinker with the squad and plays players out of position.

Were these people right and is that our current problem?

We all know that we have a good strong squad, so why the start we have?

Do we?? I didn't know that.

We have plenty of decent individuals, but a very unbalanced squad.
No full backs, and a very poor strikeforce... and half of those are on loan.
                          Loads of midfielders.

                          That's not a good squad. That's a mess.

                            sort of agree with that

in all honesty we should have at least 2 other decent full backs

and 2 decent strikers in the mould of Hooper / Beckford / Welbeck / Lita

then & only then could we say we have a very good squad

i don't think Madge was anyone's first choice manager but it looks like he was the only 1 who wanted the job (now we know why)

i also think we will never get a "name" manager in, well not as long as Flav is at the helm, as i think he doesn't like anyone being adored at the club other then him (fat chance of that)

i was against GF coming back to the club a while back, but now I'd bloody love it if he came back, with maybe Sir Les as his No2 the place would be "ROCKING" and that is what is needed right now, we need the "feel good" factor back at our club and i just can not see it happening with JM, sad but true

Jm is starting to resemble Alan Mullery. Not biting for him to go, as its only 6 games in the league and I just hope players raise a level now
