At least under Luigo we played some good football and it was entertaining.

With relation to the other issues at QPR you have your opinion I have mine lets just agree to disagree.

      Writtler,

I know we agree on Blackstock, but I don't agree with you on Cook.

      Different club? Different manager?

Who knows, but his career is not over, by a very long shot. 2 years ago today he was our Player of The Season, he is not 38 !!!.

Surprised so many have given up on him. Would love to know how many games Cook has played consectively on the left wing? I'd say no more than 5?.

He has used more in a diamond formation or as sub. Not consistently in his best position

can you honestly say that Cook has merited a starting berth in his favoured left wing role this season? He has been given plenty of oppourtunities and not performed, so making an arguement against the manager for 'shattering' lee cook's confidence by dropping him is very weak.

          jim,

How many games has Cook played consecutively at left wing this season under Sousa, without being dropped, injured or played in a diamond?

(left wing, his best position), go on- your be amazed.

2 years ago he was Player of the Season.

Then he had a bad injury. He's not the same player and that's a shame. I don't know if that means he's finished, but he doesn't look good enough for where we want to be.

There should be no sacred cows. Not Cook. Not Blackstock. Not even GP. They've all done good things for the club in the past. But the past is over. We need to raise our sights and look to the future for a change.

I dont have time/patience for the stats, ill leave that for sirpie. What I can tell you from first hand experience is that cook has been woeful this season when playing wide left (if anything he has looke d better when playing in the diamond) so he has deserved to be dropped, so shy are you making an issue out of this?

Tell me how many times this season have you come away from a match thinking 'cookie' has had a good game?

He has not played more than 3 times consecutively at left wing under Sousa, when starting in the first 11. Thats just a little fact.

Blackpool away he was woeful, Cardiff away he was probably our man of the match. He played a lovely pass to Delaney for our winner against Bristol City. So its pretty mixed.

I'm just asking for a little consistency. You cannot judge players if they keep getting subbed or playing in a different position to what they are accustomed.

Yeah, and 4 years ago HH was a 20 goal a season striker. And since them until joining Rangers he managed 43 starts in 3 and a half seasons.

                        Like consistency of managers...

I'd HATE going to work if my boss changed three times a year and I had no idea when the next change was going to be.
                        Think my performance would suffer...

Football was better to watch under Di Canio but under him we conceeded a lot of goals. A great side is built around a great defence and we have that under Sousa. As long as we can get a proper striker in then we will be ok.

I don't want to be a Newcastle side. I wouldn't mind being a side that gets promotion winning 1 nil all the time!

Hammersmith r;s, if you have enjoyed the football so much.

Why are you the first one to run to the front at away matches, clench your fists at the players and boo them?

I've seen you do it at least 3 times away this year alone.
